Light & Bloom Studios is a small laser engraving, cutting and dried flower studio in Sussex, UK, run by David Close and Andria Balboa. For anything about your personal information, email info@lightandbloomstudios.com.
When you use our quote form, email or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), and the details of your enquiry or order, including any images, logos or wording you send us.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your mock-up and quote, make and deliver your order, and keep the records we need for our accounts. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and meeting our legal obligations for business records.
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, who store your messages for us. Our pages use fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. We share delivery details with a courier only when we post an order to you.
We keep enquiries that don't become orders for up to 12 months. We keep order records for as long as UK law requires for business accounts, normally six years.
Our website does not set cookies or use tracking or analytics.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Email info@lightandbloomstudios.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
